Who is Henry Cho?

Henry Cho (born December 30, 1962) is an American stand-up comedian from Tennessee, known as a clean comic who jokes about growing up Asian American in the South. Comedian Henry Cho has performed at the Grand Ole Opry more than 100 times, and on January 6, 2023, became the first Asian American invited to join the Opry and the first comedian made a member since 1973. In the late 1980s and ’90s he appeared on The Arsenio Hall Show, An Evening at the Improv and Bob Hope’s Young Comedians Special, and hosted NBC’s Friday Night.
